Report a lost or stolen debit card or fraud issues

Your security is our priority.  If your MasterCard debit card is lost, stolen or declined, or you suspect fraudulent activity, please call us immediately.

When you call, please be prepared to share the following:
  • your name (as it appears on your MasterCard debit card)
  • your social security number.
You should NOT be asked to share your security or PIN (Personal Identification Number).
